We value your trust and strive to maintain complete transparency in our service process. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. Service-Based Nature of Work

Our services (SEO, PPC campaigns, web development, social media marketing, and other digital solutions) are intangible and labor-intensive. Since each project requires strategy, research, and execution, we cannot provide refunds for services once work has commenced.

2. Advance Payments & Project Initiation

  • All projects begin only after receiving an advance payment as agreed upon in the proposal/contract.
  • These payments are non-refundable, as they cover initial research, planning, and resource allocation.

     

3. Cancellations

  • If a project is canceled before our team has started work, you may request a partial refund (subject to administrative deductions).
  • Once work has begun, cancellations will not qualify for refunds.

     

4. Digital Marketing Campaigns (SEO, PPC, Social Media Ads)

  • Due to the dynamic nature of search engines and ad platforms, no agency can guarantee exact rankings, leads, or sales.
  • Payments made towards ongoing campaigns (monthly retainers, ad spend management, etc.) are non-refundable, even if results vary.

5. Web Development & Design Projects

  • Milestone-based payments are structured to ensure fairness.
  • Once a milestone is delivered and approved, the corresponding payment becomes non-refundable.
  • In cases of cancellation mid-project, clients are liable to pay for all work completed up to that stage.

     

6. Third-Party Costs

Any fees paid to third-party vendors (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, hosting providers, domains, stock images, plugins, etc.) are non-refundable, as Alpha Bytes Pro Web does not control these platforms.

7. Dispute Resolution

We encourage open communication. If you are unsatisfied with any deliverables, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery. Our team will review your concerns and provide possible revisions or alternative solutions.

8. Exceptions

Refund requests will only be considered in the following rare circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error.
  • Service not initiated at all due to unforeseen internal reasons from our side.
